I would like to see what chart / Graph that will show me the time and the exact time interval to illustrate the Beer Fermentation to be shown on the Graph.
Please advise on where this can be feed.

You would have to view the Batch Score Introduction and Instructions videos for the details.

The basic idea is that, if one looks at the individual batch graph, there are two inflection points on the gas meter results line that are clear and unambiguous:

Gas Start &
Max Gas

Gas Start: is the time when the gas meter changes from its zero reading to some other number.
Max Gas: is the time that the highest peak gas flow rate was observed during the whole batch from the meter (in gm CO2/minute)


The fermentation time is: Max Gas - Gas Start

These values are unambiguously defined. That is, different operators will always come up with the same values for a given batch. This allows for meaningful comparison to historical batches in the Batch Score chart.
